First Day.
Took long to get to the bexley gym. It was easy getting to bexleyheath shopping center, but it was a bitch getting there to north cray (only had one bus to get to north cray, and it was every half hour a bus...) , i happened to miss the bus by 2 min or 3, so i had to wait half hour for the bus.
Since the bus was late, It took near enough 1 hour and half (which theoriotically it shoulda been only a 45 min journey in total, if the buses are caught on time) and was 5 minutes late for the gym.
once I arrived the man (coach) told me to do some light workout to start, like bag work and skipping. So i done some light skipping, Although I can do it fast at home, but i never noticed how hard it was to skip like a "boxer", so it took some time to figure it out. After doing bout 10 mins of skipping, I went to put some gloves on, and went for bag workout. This hurt my finger/nail regions as i didnt have any hand wraps to support me, and it was pretty hard to start with, also I had a bad feet posture, as I tend to close my feet alot. So the man told me to stand properly.
After this, the man took me and two other boys into the ring for some 1 minute interval jab practice. It was actually harder than how i saw it on tv. Done two intervals.
After this we was led to the weights room to do some stamina and strength circuits after a rest.
10 press up
10 situp
10 jump tuck
10 dips
10 incline push ups
2 minutes rest then do another set.

(note the norm set is 50 each and a bit more other exercise)

finishing off with some light skipping, and stretching.

(Note : the gloves stank, so besides getting wraps, I need to get sparring gloves...)
